I almost never like realtors, but in this case i had such a different experience I had to take the time to post a review. Teresa Adams is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is beyond honest, completely upfront with her suggestions and patient enough to deal with me! When we first contacted her, it was because we saw a home online and just knew it was the one. She arranged to show us the home, but because she suspected we wouldn’t really care for the area within Fallbrook that it was in, she brought a list of similar properties closer to the freeway - we still commute - and was able to show us other homes that same day. She walked us through the impact of having a grove, the benefits that our well would add, and at closing had a great list of local talent to help us tackle some of our very exciting projects. Even 3 months after closing, I know I can call her for anything and she will treat me like she always has — ready, willing and more than able.

I first met Teresa Adams at an open house. It was at a fabulous place on Wilt Road. While that home didn’t fit for us, we knew we’d found the realtor we would trust to help us sell our place and buy our dream home. She spent loads of time with us, ruling in and ruling out different areas and the homes in them. We found what we wanted and because she listed our existing house we got through both deals smoothly. It’s a lot of paperwork and can get soooo confusing, but she kept us organized and always let us know what the next steps were going to be. She’s awesome and we highly recommend her.
